Check-in is 3:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am. You’ll get a unique keypad code by email about 7 days before arrival.
Yes. From mid-May through mid-August, bookings are 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. The calendar may only show Saturdays as clickable at first — choose one Saturday, then the next. Off-season is a 2-night minimum.
A $300 credit-card hold for damage, released the day after departure. That’s the default instead of a larger deposit. If you’d rather include damage insurance, email for a quote, or buy it through the insurance option at checkout.
Yes — 2% if you pay by check or electronic transfer instead of credit card. Email the dates you’re looking at and we’ll send a quote: hello at the listing email on Lodgify / the existing site.
No pets. No smoking. Please don’t ask for exceptions — this is a family house we also use ourselves.
13 guests, listed occupancy. Minimum booking age is 25. No parties, weddings, receptions, or events over occupancy.
The cleaning fee covers cleaning, disinfecting, linens, and towels. Checkout is light: empty trash, put away clean dishes, bag used linens. There is no outdoor hot tub.
50% due at reservation. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Paid prepayments follow the Lodgify cancellation policy shown at checkout (currently non-refundable on that path — read the checkout terms).
